Our Story

Our son, Cameron, received a diagnosis of Pervasive developmental disorder not otherwise specified - Autism at the age of 4 during his preschool years. Significant challenges marked this period for our family. Cameron grappled with fundamental aspects of daily life that are often taken for granted, such as expressing his emotions, communicating with others, and participating in social interactions. His struggles were a constant reminder of the need for more supportive solutions for individuals with autism.

Through dedicated intervention and years of transformative therapy, Cameron has cultivated essential skills that significantly enhance his ability to manage daily routines. Although various resources exist to support Cameron and others encountering similar challenges, we recognised an opportunity to take more proactive measures. With the support of our community, we embarked on a mission to develop a modular and interactive solution, designed not only to meet Cameron's needs but also to benefit a broader community facing similar obstacles in their daily lives.

Our Vision

Sensory Pod Australia is dedicated to enhancing the lives of neurodivergent individuals through our specialised sensory solutions. Our comprehensive selection of products, including the sensory pod series, sensory supports, weighted blankets, and weighted animals, is designed to make a positive impact on the well-being of individuals on the spectrum.
