Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If this is a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping. We do not offer a refund for a change of mind on the Pod Series.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, without pet hair or body fluids or smell from perfumes or other odours. (All our products are manufactured in a controlled environment.) It must also be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@sensorypodaustralia.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
At Sensory Pod Australia, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to promptly evaluate the issue and make it right for you, reinforcing our commitment to your satisfaction.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We understand that certain items, such as custom products, cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to listen and address any issues you may have.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items due to the significantly reduced price. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before placing your order. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Pre - Orders

Please note that full payment is required when placing a pre-order.
Cancellations:
All pre-orders are considered final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Once you place your order, you cannot cancel it or return the item for any reason. Please ensure that you review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
