Sensory Pod Australia - Domestic deliveries - We deliver to the following regions:

New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory, Australian Capital Territory, Other Territories (Jervis Bay Territory, Territory of Christmas Island, Territory of the Cocos (Keeling) Islands and Norfolk Island).

At Sensory Pod Australia, we ensure that product orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 15 business days from the date of purchase. It is essential to note that orders will not be dispatched or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak order periods, such as high-volume sales, there may be unavoidable delays in the shipping process.

Your understanding and patience during such circumstances are greatly appreciated.
Please allow additional delivery transit time, particularly during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

We do not deliver to PO boxes or Post-lockers.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER?
You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your
item(s) have been dispatched - please allow a couple of days for processing. In some cases, back orders do occur, which can delay the process. We aim to ship it to you as soon as possible.

 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered is correct. 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Sensory Pod Australia is not responsible for package losses or thefts. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address, and you have not received it, please report it to the local authorities.
